New Delhi, July 12: ISIS operatives had organized a campaign in cyberspace to promote terrorist activities on the ground in Jammu and Kashmir, according to the National Investigation.
ISIS terrorists operating from various conflict zones as well as executives in India have assumed pseudo identities online and created a network, the NIA said. In addition, the agency said that an India-centric online propaganda magazine Voice of Hind is published monthly.

The aim of the magazine was to incite and radicalize impressionable young people by projecting a biased account of injustices imagined in India to instill a sense of alienation and communal hatred. During the searches, the NIA seized a large number of incriminated documents and digital devices such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, hard drives and T-shirts bearing the ISIS logo.
