The /amo network is renamed H/Advisors reflecting the new organization

H/Advisors is unveiled today as the new name and new brand identity of the communication network founded more than 20 years ago by Havas.

Previously called /amo after its founding agencies, H/Advisors brings together the best consultancies in more than 20 countries, offering a suite of strategic advisory services.

“The new name and brand identity underscore H/Advisors’ ambitions for the next chapter in its history under the leadership of Stéphane Fouks as Chairman, with Neil Bennett and Tom Johnson as new Co-CEOs” , said Yannick Bolloré, CEO of the Havas group and chairman of the Vivendi supervisory board.

“I am very proud to see how the network, which is strategic for our customers and for our Group, has met the demanding growth plan that we defined in 2018. I assured Stéphane, Tom and Neil that they had all the support from Havas and Vivendi are pursuing their mission of making H/Advisors the undisputed leader in corporate and financial communication in the world.

Since 2018, the H/Advisors network has grown organically and through the acquisition of communications and public affairs teams, strengthening its presence in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, in Belgium, Spain and Asia. H/Advisors is a leading organization for M&A and cross-border communications. Last year alone, he advised on 368 M&A deals worth around 200 billion euros, the firm said.
